Everyone should have the opportunity, at least once in their lives, to get utterly covered in paint in joyous, spontaneous creative play!

What a treat playing at Corpusty and Saxthorpe Toddler group last week. I took lights and boxes there for a special free play session bursting with creativity, fun and adventure. It was great fun to watch!
Before..... During..... After..... Happy days! This was great fun. The energy and excitement in the room was almost tangible. What was particularly lovely about this session is the adults were getting into it just as much as the children. Everyone was coloured in!
Drawing by just feeling
Drawing an object as a map of a landscape Drawing without line Beautiful objects from the handling collection at the Sainsbury Centre in Norwich A thought provoking session at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts looking at people affected by war and building a paper monument to them.
Another gorgeous session at Norwich Puppet Theatre playing with line. These sessions are as much about the children playing as the parents. I am really lucky to have some amazingly creative parents who love getting stuck in and playing too... such a joy to watch!
A really enjoyable session today at The Sainsbury Centre working with some students responding to the Monument exhibition there at the moment. We made a monumental collage monument of course!
